Price list

The accommodation price includes 

•  Rental of the entire building
•  Energy
•  Wood for the stove and the fireplace
•  Final cleaning
•  Parking
•  WI-FI
•  Bedding and towels

The accommodation price does not includes

• Local fees – 30 CZK/day/person which is 18 +, except the arrival day
• Use of the bathing barrel - min. 2 days for 800 CZK + 300 CZK for the next day
• Use of the sauna – 300 CZK/hour

Extra information

• Pets are not permitted!!!
• The capacity of our house is 12 beds/12 people
• The house is non-smoking
• The rest of the payment for the stay can be paid by a bank transfer before your arrival, or cash on the day of arrival.
• On the day of arrival, the house is available from 4 p.m.
• On the day of departure, the house has to be handed over by 10:00 a.m

Cancellation conditions

• In case of restriction of accommodation services by government order – without cancellation fees
• Immediate cancellation of the reservation if the advance payment is not booked - without cancellation fees
• Up to 90 days before the arrival - without cancellation fees - administrative fee 500 CZK
• Up to 60 days before the arrival - cancellation fee 30% of the final price
• 0-60 days before the arrival - cancellation fee 50% of the final price
